The Indiana Pacers ‘Short Corner’ Threat

Despite having the best record in the NBA the Indiana Pacers offense is nothing to write home about.  They are an average shooting team with only two players who could be described as “long range threats”.

  1. Paul George: 142 made threes, 38% three-point shooting
  2. George Hill: 73 made threes, 38%

While Indiana’s focal point on offense is Paul George their all-star forward has been only average from the long-arc (34%).  Opposing defenses should be aware that it’s really the short corner where Paul George has been making his living (converting 55%).
